Course on Leadership
– At present, in our organization, the first need is developed leadership, second need is developed leadership and third need is developed leadership
– The problem of qualified leadership is basically the problem of ideological reconstruction
– By applying Marxist method regarding developed leadership, we have to alleviate leadership shortage that is originated from limitation of mode of production, and we must teach cadres especially the promising ones about the technique of leadership; we have to study and apply documents regarding leadership
– Hence we have to overcome the crisis of leadership
– Therefore, during the improvement and consolidation, we have to take the step of solving leadership crisis too
